Internship Experience At Integral Software Consulting

Internships and coop placements frequently employ students in a constrained setting with activities that restrict their ability to develop freely and require them to adhere to a rigorous set of rules. As a result, many of their assigned tasks do not directly influence the projects or progress of the company. This is not the case at Integral. 

My internship at Integral sheds light on what it's like to be a software developer on a daily basis. completing projects for clients and developing demos for new customers. As an intern over the summer, I had the chance to develop a project; Smart Park, that has the ability to significantly enhance and influence day-to-day life. Working on these innovative projects makes you aware of the enormous potential of software and just how potent it can be, despite its complexity. It inspires you to learn, and you will be yearning to create more by the end of it.

A common fear within all job industries is burning out. Losing motivation and falling behind in work is not fun for both employers and employees. The right work atmosphere will make you feel like you're having fun instead of seeing your job as a chore, and Integral provides just that.

I am delighted to have spent my summer working for Integral as my first internship, it was quite the change to work on real world projects coming from school based work. I am confident in saying that, because of Integral, my skills in software engineering have reached new levels, and developed a desire for more.
